When finished, DeYoung Meadows will have unique 90 homes setting on 3/4 acre or larger lots. Presently we are working on Phase I with two more phases as we go along. These are all semi-custom homes priced between $200,000 and $300,000, all on brick crawl space foundations. Thank you for looking us up and inquiring about DeYoung Meadows. Hopefully you will find all you need to satisfy your curiosity. What you won't find is house plans. We don't offer any. What we are trying to do here is to build your ideas into this subdivision using the home plan that you bring with you or let us help you find. We do not want every 10th or so house to be the same with a few color modifications. So if you have a starting point as far as ideas, we can go from there and build the home from scratch, starting with the paper we draw it on. All you need to do is make an appointment with our Realtors to have an introductory meeting and everything else will take care of itself.
